Concept drawing
- We produce two floor plans, one of the existing floors and another with the proposed alterations or extensions.
- There is no need at this stage for full plans, especially if it is prior to purchase. However, it is ideal to have plans drawn to scale, in order to fully achieve the potential of the desired modifications etc.
- Upon receiving your instructions, we will have the concept plans available within 72 hours, depending on the complexity of the design.
Section drawings
- Once you have studied the initial drawings, we will make any alterations, prepare final sanction drawings and submit plans for planning approval.
- Building regs will only be submitted on full plan approval, however a lot of ‘regulations’ are built into the structure.
Fees
- A basic fee will be payable on preparation of concept drawings, £150 for single story and £275 for two stories.
- Full plans will then be prepared and submitted.
- All fees are subject to mutual agreement.
